At Houston Transitional Care I worked very well with all the Physical Therapy! The Therapists and Nurses are very patient and kind! Before I got there I wasn’t able to get out of bed or do any task independently. I am now going home confident that I can do tasks successfully and needing minimum care. I have met many people at Houston transitional Care and some I know I have made friends with forever. The activities Director Chelsey excels at here job and I truly enjoy the bond I have grown with here. And, the motivation she has given me all throughout my stay at Houston Transitional. I recommend this facility to everyone that needs rehab and wants to have a successful recovery.
I’m currently a caregiver for a resident here at Houston Transitional and truly have enjoyed the time we have here. The facility is very clean, the staff friendly and the physical therapy was successful with helping with my clients recovery. We have enjoyed growing a fun relationship with Chelsey and the activities we do everyday. His family and I have 100% confidence that my client’s health will improve successfully
I wouldn’t send my dead dog there! They were terrible! They don’t communicate within the departments . They say you’re paid up through a certain date and then say you’re not 🚭 so they are crooks!
The staff here is fantastic! Everyone here goes above and beyond and truly care about their patients. We have been treated so well, everyone who comes into my husband’s room has become like family. Thank you Houston Transitional Care for being so helpful, caring, and patient with us through this time, my husband is getting stronger every day because of each of you! ❤️
I came to Houston Transitional care after I was in a car accident and broke my arm and fractured rib. The recovery was very painful challenging and nothing like I have experienced before. The physical therapy team were very kind, patient and very encouraging that I would be able to do things on my own again. They worked with me at my own paste and helped me become confident! Even days I felt frustrated I still looked forward to going to therapy and the activities planned everyday! ❤️❤️I love the activities I did that helped my recovery and also make new friends. I’m proud of my progress I made in recovery and thankful to everyone at Houston Transitional care who helped me along the way.
I was there in July for two weeks and I was treated very well by the staff and the nurses they did a great job. The Food was awesome. The only thing I hate is that my wife have knee problems and she couldn’t come visit me because it was against their rules to push her in wheelchair to visit me. but I’m OK with that. My therapy was great I enjoy the Physical therapy helps me a lot. I am in good shape my therapy. I enjoy the Rehab to help me a lot. I am in good shape now I’m walking better , talking better. The nurse who checked me and check out. To the skilled nursing. Thank you. she was very courtesy. She helped me out a lot because I came from Memorial city hospital. I was not treated well there as I was here and I think you. I want to thank the whole staff who worked there all the way down from dietitian to nursing staff to the people who kept my room clean. And yes, I would recommend someone come there. I have been in two.SNF this is best. My Opinion and my wife
