The staff here is fantastic! Everyone here goes above and beyond and truly care about their patients. We have been treated so well, everyone who comes into my husband’s room has become like family. Thank you Houston Transitional Care for being so helpful, caring, and patient with us through this time, my husband is getting stronger every day because of each of you! ❤️

I came to Houston Transitional care after I was in a car accident and broke my arm and fractured rib. The recovery was very painful challenging and nothing like I have experienced before. The physical therapy team were very kind, patient and very encouraging that I would be able to do things on my own again. They worked with me at my own paste and helped me become confident! Even days I felt frustrated I still looked forward to going to therapy and the activities planned everyday! ❤️❤️I love the activities I did that helped my recovery and also make new friends. I’m proud of my progress I made in recovery and thankful to everyone at Houston Transitional care who helped me along the way.

I was there in July for two weeks and I was treated very well by the staff and the nurses they did a great job. The Food was awesome. The only thing I hate is that my wife have knee problems and she couldn’t come visit me because it was against their rules to push her in wheelchair to visit me. but I’m OK with that. My therapy was great I enjoy the Physical therapy helps me a lot. I am in good shape my therapy. I enjoy the Rehab to help me a lot. I am in good shape now I’m walking better , talking better. The nurse who checked me and check out. To the skilled nursing. Thank you. she was very courtesy. She helped me out a lot because I came from Memorial city hospital. I was not treated well there as I was here and I think you. I want to thank the whole staff who worked there all the way down from dietitian to nursing staff to the people who kept my room clean. And yes, I would recommend someone come there. I have been in two.SNF this is best. My Opinion and my wife

Fantastic, Clean place Physical therapy area, Fresh baked things and friendy staff

This was my first time every being at a rehabilitation center and my experience was excellent! The staff were attentive and caring especially in the physical therapy department. They have a very supportive environment and stay focused on helping residents regain independence and achieve their recovery goal . The facility is very clean and comfortable I socialized with other residents and staff all day! Meals are served on time, and the dining staff are very friendly and attentive. I truly feel I have made some friends for life from encouragements we gave each other and doing daily fun activities that gave me joy! But, most of all the recovery I have made through a positive environment!

Lovely place with great staff! Did my Clinicals here and the nurses (Devin) who trained me was amazing at his job and with the residents. The administration was so sweet and supportive! Great place with great care.
